Stefano's Wizard Blizzard

ok, the drawings of Stefano and Rocko I drew was made in Photoshop back in 2012 before my laptop broke a year before that when I saw Benny's image of Xiro Freezing Dagnino with Blizzard, so I thought I can do that with Stefano and Rocko, but until it was a hard thing to do to put effects in PNG image, until three years later, since I don't have my photoshop, I decide to make that in gimp, it was hard thing to do, but now I know how to save a PNG, then I found my 2012 drawings I made and put them together and put into PNG file and open it again and put snow effects on paintbrush, now I got it right, Effects were made in gimp, and Drawings were made in photoshop in 2012. in this image, Rocko was having a hard time believing the magic, so Stefano try to convince him in blizzard mode.
